Last week, IPVM and the LA Times published reports about Dahua's "Uyghur Warnings'. See Major camera company can sort people by race, alert police when it spots Uighurs and Dahua Provides "Uyghur Warnings" To China Police I am curious what people here think about this.

I believe historically it has been Dahua, with Hikvision second. Is that still case? Any changes or shifts or other manufacturers being considered? I see Uniview rising amongst low-cost China options, e.g.
