I never did get it figured out and if I need to do any PTZ stuff I just use the app. It would be great if this would get fixed. I need to replace some cameras and would like to stay with EZIZ but will probably move to another maker that I can actually use fully inside of BI.

Might be a W11 issue, can't say as my BI box is not up to running it. Worst case uninstall the whole thing and start with a clean slate, if it continues after that I would agree that it is W11

If you have not already you may just want to re install it. I had similar problems after a power failure and that worked for me.

Not really adding anything here other than agreement with all of the above, reolinks are nice cameras but they are without question craptastic when used with BI. I wanted to upgrade a couple of my cheaper cameras and unknowingly bought a few reolinks. Nothing but issues.

Your correct on all accounts- My issue is EZVIZ does not allow you or there is no way in their GUI to set the presets, not with the PTZ cameras I have, these are indoor cameras maybe for the outdoor ones that would work, not sure. I also have some Reolink cameras and I did what you were talking...

Replaced both deepstack and AI-TOOl with the latest versions and that took care of it. As I was perusing GitHub I see my problem was a known issue.

It's running but deepstack errors out after a short while. Found the newest beta of deepstack last evening and installed it along with the newest build of AI Tool it has been running overnight, will check it later and see if that fixes the issue.

Well I can only speak for me and my set up- Never really had any daytime issues. Night is better than it was...but still problematic, There have been numerous other improvements however.
