    Does anyone know the practical difference between the 7 and 9 series NVRs? According to the specs, the major difference seems to be RAID support and 8 vs 4 SATA drive support.     DS-7716NXI-I4/16P/4S stuck in NVR 3.0?

    Can anyone confirm? My DS-7716NXI-I4/16P/4S came preloaded with NVR 3.0 and it's still running what looks like NVR 3.0 after upgrading the firmware. Shouldn't it have NVR 4.0 since it's a current model? Appreciate anyone who can help
