Reset button of PTZ (SD52C225U-HNI) Need HELP!!!!!
after trying to reset the camera throughout the web interface. this POS when it to what looks like a boot loop. can not find the reset button inside of the camera. -

I jus got this message from the ali seller "Order was really shipped but the HK DHL warehouse got fired last week and many shipments have been delayed." should I be worry about the condition of the camera. -

Hikvision power supply plug
Hi guys new to the forum. Just got this ip camera DS-2CD2132F-IWS-4MM ordered and need to know what kind of plug it takes for the power supply. I would be using it in wifi not hard wired. To my understanding should be 12v dc 1 amp or more. Any help would be really appreciated.
