Hi, I take care of Blue Iris systems at 2 of my daughters homes. Both systems are in the Eastern time zone but show Sunrise at 8:50am and Sunset at 6:09pm in the log file. Every day the times are the same, no gain or decrease in time. Both systems have correct time zones set in both the router...

Has anyone found a current vendor for the Huisun style camera? I know Jennov has one on Amazon but it has issues, zoom level is not saved in presets and all 4 IR lamps are on all the time providing a horrible picture at zoom level 1.

I'm not sure when this started but my preset labels on my PTZ camera are now just numbers. If I change them to indicate what they are they seem ok but the next time I use the app they are back to numbers. I don't see any way to save them and they always worked in the past. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm trying to pull out 150 minutes from a 8 hour clip for the local PD but it keeps stopping at 30 minutes. I set the start for 8AM and the stop for 10:30AM but it only convert from 8 to 8:30. Blue Iris 5.0.6.7 x64

I just started playing with the demo of Blue Iris and like it very much. Where is the best place to buy the full product? Demo upgrade says $59, Amazon says $79, other places say anywhere from $42 to $99. Is this all the same product? Are there different packages? Thanks for the help. Bob
