I've just compared manuals of non-smart and smart DS-2CD4125FWD-(I)(Z) cameras and it looks like loitering settings are the same (threshold 0s-10s, sensivity, etc).

Do you mean that loitering detection in Hikvision's Smart series results in significantly less false detections comparing to non-Smart?
