I have these black bars on my Lenovo 23" IPS HD LED Monitor, LI2364d monitor. The monitor is 1920X1080 and the Dahua DVR says 1920X1080 output. So why the black bars on either side? Looked on monitor menu for stretch mode but does not have. Any ideas? Best monitor for sharp viewing?

I finally got a static ip address from ATT and put into my nvr. Now I am able to access NVR from outside network. When I assigned static ip to NVR I lost all my ip cameras. What am I missing? Any help greatly appreciated. Thinking subnet / gateway and IP on cameras need to be changed.
