Finally resolved my firmware issue. Used the config tool and updated the indoor monitor firmware. Everything is working now. Don't update your firmware without a good reason!!

I have setup my master and 2 extensions and all ring - video works - audio works to VTO but no audio back to VTH When I disabled group call function - the master rings, video still works and 2 way audio works fine. Anyone have any idea why the mic on the VTO isnt working when the extensions...

Can anyone suggest why the it works fine with just the master - no group call selected, then when I select group call, the audio from the VTO doesn't work but the 2 extension monitors ring.
