Cat6, Fiber optics, or wireless bridge to shed

Here are the specs on that cable from the Ubiquit website It doesn't have a pulling eye and isn't as robust an assembly as some of the other options. It's single mode fiber which is used for long distances. Multi mode is typically used for shorter distances, but single mode will work...

I you have a friend you can bribe to terminate the fiber, you can probably do it for less. I linked the same thing above. It isn't the best type of fiber for your application, but it is probably the cheapest pre-terminated indoor/outdoor fiber you're going to find.

New Reolink Wired POE Doorbell Cam ?

Make sure you have the IP address correct. It defaults to using HTTPS with a self signed certificate which most browsers will complain about. You may have to try a different browser and likely have to tell the browser to trust the cert.

    unmanaged switch.

On NVRs with PoE ports built in: -Only cameras can be connected to the PoE ports -The PoE ports are isolated from eachother and the rest of the network -Other devices connect to the NVR to view the cameras, sometimes there's a way to access cameras directly through the NVR to adjust settings...

Apparently I'm just loosing my mind, thanks the the street racers that kept me awake much of the night. I have seen these before, they're just usually better marked. I also haven't really done networking professionally in quite a while.

Read the switch manual and acquaint yourself with some networking basics. It's unclear what cameras / nvr you have or how you have them connected. Maybe start by explaining that in detail, making a diagram.

how big or small of an ISP? Seems the quoted speeds are a bit of an illusion.

Hosting blue iris in the cloud

What kind of bitrate were you running? At least to me it doesn't seem like say 30-40mbps of streaming video upload should be such a problem for the ISP.

It wouldn't end well, but record to the cloud, I'd throw the cameras behind a router with an always on outbound VPN connection to your cloud.

    Analog box camera. Interference?

It just isn't worth it to dick around with these. Cams like this were always underwhelming, but were an improvement over old VHS based systems. It could be interference, attenuation, or just parts in 15 year old cameras failing. The time and tools required to actually diagnose it wouldn't be...

Cat6, Fiber optics, or wireless bridge to shed

This 4" conduit is supplying 100A of power to the shed, so that means it has (4) likely #1 to #00 (2/0) cables in the conduit. The could have gone as big as #0000, somewhere around 1/3 of their conduit has cable in it. It is a big code violation. You don't want to ever find yourself in a...

    Analog box camera. Interference?

It's a pretty old camera. Very low quality by today's standards, best option is to replace those cameras. Those Toshibas have a resolution of 540TVL (768x494) and are analog. You could try a different cable or re-terminating the cable but it's not worth the time and trouble. Even replacing...

Cat6, Fiber optics, or wireless bridge to shed

If you wanted to do fiber, the easiest option is pre-terminated cables. Ubiquiti is the cheapest at about $90 for 200'. Other companies offer a more build to order approach with options like pulling eyes : Custom Indoor & Outdoor Fiber Optic Cable: Pre Terminated Assemblies. There are many...

For your purposes, all of those options would work equivalently. There are differences in safety, reliability, ease and cost. You could even try a set of HomePlug AV2 powerline adapters (some work better than others). Homeplug would be a slower link and the least reliable option, but it's...
