picture issues with Hikvision DS-7108N-SN NVR
I fixed the issue! The fix was rather trivial. The NVR was getting really sluggish and it was restarting once in a while. While going thru the menus I noticed the HDD was full. I initialized it and the problem went away. For some reason the full HDD did not trigger a warning. All good now...- ovexi

I'm happy to report that I've just revived a bricked DS-2CD3132F-IWS and upgraded to v5.4.5 :-) I used the devType for DS-2CD2132-I and the latest firmware for R0 / DS-2CDx32 cameras from Hikvision website. Thanks again Alastair! You are the man! -

I'm happy to report that I've successfully upgraded to 5.4.5 another 4 CN version cameras (DS-2CD2032-I and DS-2CD2332-I) from various firmware versions (5.2.0 thru 5.3.0) Thanks again Alastair for your hard work! Now for the bad part: I noticed that picture quality got worse using the same... -
