This is the US version. i can update from stock to 5.5.91. but when i update the the latest 5.6.1. it failed at 36%. and i open the camera. try to update it with a tls cable...but the this one has a bigger connector. i called hikvsion, they remote my pc for 2 hrs and still can't get it right.

I bought couple of this. cheap. but if you planning to buy this model. spend little more get a K more. first, no usb 3.0, second, I have 3 8MP and 2 3MP camreas hooked up can't get one 4k in main stream(out of resource),but 3mp in main stream OK. on the other hand, the K series is more powerful...

I bought a off brand speed dome that work under hikvision protocol. but at night when a car pass by the damn thing refocus again....is that normal for dome ptz? this is my first one for my house. Before I installed some for clients but no chance to test them at night.

I updated the nvr to the latest firmware. how do I move the mouse to the second display? on the older 3.4.96 I can right click and AUX monitor. now the I don't see that anymore.
