Andy, I ordered one of these off your Amazon store. The firmware is "V2.623.0000000.22.R.E4.383, Build Date: 2019-04-09" It still requires a plug-in :( Is there an updated firmware that I can get that doesn't need the plug in anymore?

While trying to export video on the newest MacOS SmartPSS 2.0, I found that it was exporting video from +1hour of what I was asking. My settings are all good... times on DVR and cameras all match up. See demo in my video below:

I received 3 of these from Andy last week. I upgraded them all to the latest firmware and they seem to be operating normally, however one of them has an issue where the overlay text keeps switching to black instead of white. Rebooting the camera doesn't fix it... I've managed to get it back...

I can't seem to get any lines to draw. I've tried Safari and Chrome on my Mac. What gives?
