I had this happen because I have the LaView version of the doorbell. Originally I was able to use either app, and preferred the HK one. now I have to use the LaView one.- dmcwhinnie

Has any tried modifying the audio files contained in the firmware? Here are the list of audio files I extracted from the firmware on Nelly's site, maybe they can just be updated and put back on the firmware.- dmcwhinnie
