I had the same issue yesterday right after Bitdefender updated to 2019. Fortunately I saw your post, so I uninstalled it and fired up Windows Defender. It fixed the hanging. I did send an email to their support people but I've not heard anything yet. Sent from my P00C using Tapatalk
