    I was not able to replace the drive but the issue is still there if i put the stoplight into red. I assume the drive is not being used then. Also, The lag does not increase with time. If the drive was slow I would expect the lag to keep increasing

    Opps. I didn't explain something well. Poe switch -----gig------BI | Nvr Cams are connected to the Poe 10/100 Bi connected to gig Nvr to gig Bi does not depend on nvr for anything at all

    Internet comes into a Asus RT-AC88U Goes to a linksys gigabit switch. ---------BI connected here. Also a Qsee NVR connects here one port goes to a poe 10/100 switch ...... cams connect here. Qsee NVR has no issues. Opening one cam in IE while BI is running on the same box. No issues with...

    Huge lag with BI

    In simple view, on the local box or from another box on LAN (via web port 81). I experience a 1min+lag If I open the same cams on the BI box, I get almost no lag. I have a Qsee NVR connected to the same network switch as the BI box, almost no lag speedtest.net on the bi box shows 188kbps down...
