Anyway thanks for your feedback. Might be recently conflict with something else or with some other issues because the NVR IP/Subnet was assigned year back and I had no issues till this day but only today I am getting this error. And, I have not made any changes on NVR but also receiving this error.

Win X os and IE for browsing. If I am not wrong then the IP/Subnet mask & gateway should have no issues

I do not know why the 64 channels NVR's always causing such issues. On my case, I had downgrade to V4.1.54 build 180621 from V4 1.60 build 180717 and it worked as normal. Hard drive status can be found at the storage page on Hikvision Web portal. DOWNLOAD EU PORTAL

Hi Tuan Anh Le, What was your previous firmware Version? Did u encounter the issue after upgrading the firmware? If the issue started after upgrading the firmware then better downgrade it, if not then check your Network status or it may occur due to the bad storage disk too.

On the same network I have no issues with 32 channels NVR however I am having issues with 64 channels NVR. At 64 channels NVR, I do have only 40 cameras atm. The NVR model is DS-9664NI-I16 Are there any other alternate way rather then disconnecting the cameras to outcome over it?

Thanks for your reply. I meant to say that we are using bandwidth speed of 1Gbps from the service provider. but few of the other properties, we are using 500Mbps and still having issues with 64 channels NVR.

We are having 1gpbs. And total 46 channels are used for the camera.

Pretty sure that will resolve the issue and once again thank you so much for the resolution. One more question - Actually this issue happened after upgrading the latest version of firmware. I had upgraded my two NVR's 'DS-9664NI-I16 & DS-9632NI-I8' with the latest firmware version v4.1.60...

Thank you for your reply. Yes, the login page opens promptly, but freezes on live view and maintenance page. Also, few times playback fails, its recording but fails to play. Did reboot couples of time and its still same. Actually, I did upgrade via webGUI. Is that causing the issue? If so...
