So I login to my BI server via Firefox and/or IE and the video pictures are insanely grainy, even with the activeX plug in installed in IE its still super grainy... is this normal?

Has anyone figured out how to make BI display just 4 cameras instead of 6? I have currently 4 cams installed, and on the live view I can only get it to show 4 live cameras, and 2 grey boxes where more cameras should be... TIA
