I will be receiving a new IPC-Color4K-T that I won from Andy's lottery. Right now, all of my 5442s use off-camera PoE powered IR illuminators. I'd like to provide the IPC-Color4K-T with off-camera warm light that is PoE powered. Anyone found anything that will work for this? Thanks

This morning, I rebooted my BI PC and it won't come back up. Unplugged the power and plugged it back in. It shows power, but the screen never turns on and I hear a single beep. Not very good at troubleshooting PC boot issues and could use some help. Thanks!

I have my firewall dropping these attempts, just curious why only one of my 17 Dahua cams are doing this. Granted, it's a different model from any of my others. All of my cameras are configured in my firewall to drop traffic to and from the internet. IP that it's trying to reach is: 13.52.30.245

I set up an Alert Action to send an email and it doesn't work. I've tried two different SMTP servers and two different email addresses as the recipient. I manually trigger the camera to test, no email is sent. Same alert configuration works in the Trigger tab Immediate Actions. Any ideas?
