Hi, I'm running Windows Server 2019 and upon computer restart, using the blue iris service running different admin credentials so it can sync with a NAS box, I have found that the web server binds to an APIPA address unless the service is restarted. Is there a solution I can use? Many thanks...

When I click on clips and select a clip to playback, it will display the spinning circle and a few playback controls at the bottom but it will continue to just display the live image and that's it. I can select a spot along the timeline but it doesn't make it work. Screenshot attached.
