Not set to DHCP. I don't setup DHCP for anything on our network. So not sure what was causing the issue. All the cameras are on there local network and start with 10.1.1.69 and go up from there.

That's what I'm thinking and no I did not try getting access to the cameras after this happens. That would be something to try. I may setup my fluke oscilloscope up to record on the POE power out and see if the power does trip out. Funny since I posted this it has not happen again. .

It's not an HDMI issue. NVR still shows grid just camera video is lost. Don't think it's a decoding issue.

I would setup a 900 MHz network then.

I just prefer the all in one unit. If something goes wrong just replace the whole thing. I think I have had to replace one (Old Non LED) but other than that they are very reliable. You could always just stay up and wait for the pricks and go meet them in full kit with your HK MP5 SD... LOL .

I love my Dahua NVR... Works perfect and Andy is great to deal with. The PC option may be good also but it's not not for everyone. .
