in V4 I noticed sometime I lost camera streaming but didn't have trouble playing video clips. Glad there's a reason behind this.

resolved, by turning off "smart codec" on my Amcrest POE camera. BI seems to have trouble with recording stream encoded by this "smart codec".

I have a VPN set up and I'm using window remote desktop to view BI on the server. I can hear sound just fine with my cell phone BI app, and I can hear all other sounds from server (youtube, for example). Once I run the BI on the server in console only mode, sound comes right back.

I can hear sound just fine when it's running without BI service in console mode only. Once I run as a BI service, then open console, sound is gone. Anyone has any ideas?

Hi, I have BI 4.6.4.6 x64 and a amcrest camera installed. Whenever I press the mic on IOS BI app, it sends mic input on IOS app to BI server on my computer, not to the speaker of the camera. But if I use amcrest app, it works fine. The sound goes to the camera audio output.

had to move the storage location of clips to a different network drive. So I delete the clips on the previous hard drive folder. But I wasn't able to delete the clips in BI. It says these files are protected or something like that.
