I can see BI through Smartthings but only on my wifi at home, If i disconnect the wifi and use 4g i don't see the camera image,

I have BI configured via Smartthings (GitHub) which i can view through the Smartthings app, (wifi only)

ok i have my public IP address and port but what's the best app ( the smartthings will take a bit of work) So i am best just going to a new app so i can view on 4g for now, what the best app for this ?
