    hi I tried this on my DS-7608NI i got a message saying..failed to reset pass device denied! where it says "The code must be entered into the Hikvision SADP tool in the Serial code box (called Security Code in later SADP versions" I cant see that option?all I see is input key or inport file?

    hi i bought a used nvr DS-7608NI no admin pass but I was refused support from hikvision is there a way round it? I tried the generation tool but got a message//failed to reset password service denied
