For each IVS rule you set. You can set time, settings for LED(on/off, or flashing, and adjust time on/flashing), Audio file play on/off and duration etc. So not difficult to set. Don't forget to set smart plan to IVS if you haven't already.

Yeah, that should be enough, just idling my NVR showed it at 17W. Did go up to between 21W to 23.7W when it was tracking me. In screen shot below, SD49225XA-HNR is number 4.

Sorry, but I know nothing about BI. You'd be better asking Looney2ns or Other more experienced people on here. But I can say This cam is GREAT at Auto tracking for me with NVR, so probably just a communication error?
