10-second GIF Only Via Wi-Fi

Hi All,

I've tried searching for this issue, but couldn't find an answer. 10-second GIF notifications are only working via Wi-Fi for me.

Any ideas?

What notifications? Push to the app, email, text? What version of BI are you running?

You'll need to open the UI3 ports on your router for that to work off of wi-fi. Alternatively, setup a VPN and configure the app on your phone to use the local IP for both the local and WAN IP settings.

Push to the iOS app.

Yep, the GIF will only work if on home wifi or you forward ports or VPN.
