Hi all. I've bought a secondhand PC (4th Gen i5 / 4GB RAM) to run a very modest BI set-up which I expect to end up being no more than 4-5 cameras between 2 & 5M pixels.
I already have a WD Purple 2TB for the video recordings, but I want to buy an SSD for the OS / install / DB. I read on here a recommendation of 250GB for that, but SSD prices are high here in the UK at the moment. I'm trying to keep costs down and wondering if I could go for a 120GB one instead - I was hoping that would be plenty. Can anyone reassure me that'll be OK, or explain why bigger would be better?
