WE observed this mess in the alley way behind the same boat yard. It was comical at first, then got kinda harsh so our guys notified the local P.D.. The kung fu fighter thought that he could outrun a police cruiser.

Getting the hang of it
Dam anyone else distract by the WIERD over sized shoes on the guy with the dark shirt. I mean dam they were like leprechaun shoes
I think the dark shirt guy is wearing cowboy boots. Also two things disturbing about that video, 1. how can Guy #1 stay mostly on his feet while plastered and doing roundhouse kicks and 2. I felt like about 12:08 mark we were about to witness a murder-by-choking incident.
Just imagine if a driver in that same condition came driving down that road when those 2 clowns were laying out in the middle right before the cops came...
