I have 2 of the PRV149 Capture cards from Blue Cherry. These will record and view at 30 fps. There are 4 baluns on each card will give a total of 8 cameras. I have run these on XP, Vista, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and they were working great. I have changed all my cameras over to POE and HD, so I am not using them now. They use the Conexant BT878 drivers. These will run only on 32 bit, but I hear there is a software program that will run these cards on 64 bit but I never tried it.
