4.1.1.3 Update failed

The latest update failed to install.
Even after rebooting the computer, it won't update.

Here are the messages as I get as I try to install the update, in chronological order.

Have you rebooted the system? Are you sure blue iris is not running while applying the update?

Ok I fixed it.

I tried to delete blueiris.exe after I turned off Blue Iris and it said it was being used, yet the BI Windows service was stopped as well.

So I started the service, stopped it again, and now I was able to update.

Weird stuff.
