ACALI Wireless WIFI Pan/ Tilt Security Surveillance IP Camera Night Vision problem

I have an ACALI Wireless WIFI Pan/ Tilt Security Surveillance IP Camera Night Vision camera that uses the ComOne app. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 through T-Mobile.

The camera has been working fine for almost a year now. Today, I can't login. I enter my phone number and password and tap login. A circle spins for a few seconds and then goes away. I am back to the login screen again.

I have uninstalled / reinstalled the app and reset the camera itself. It still is not working, doing the same thing as above.

Is there anything I can do? The camera appears to be working correctly. The problem is with the app it seems.

Any advice would be greatly apperciated.
