Adding custom RTSP stream from Eufy cam to Hikvision NVR

Hi folks, wondering if anyone has tried/succeded on this? I have a RTSP stream from my Eufy cams, which I can connect to using VLC and others. However, I'm not able to add that in my Hikvision NVR. I've created a "custom protocol" with the correct settings, and though it adds the camera and states it's online the stream never succedes in opening (get's stuck at various percentages). Any ideas?

The stream is only live when there is an event (sadly)... Try to trigger the cam and you will see it online, then add it. It will record events but you won't be able to see the live stream if there is no event going on.
