Adding Network Storage

I am adding a few more cams to my BI System. I definitely need to add some storage. I'd prefer not to add additional hard drives to the PC that runs the software and IP Cams. Any suggestions on adding a network storage device? Was thinking about 4TB additional storage.

local storage is always best...otherwise look at any of the big brand nas available, they will all be fine...

Would an external USB 3.0 drive suffice? I've been contemplating one, the 6tb ones seem to be a good deal.

why dont you want to add a local drive..it will always be optimal..
