Bit of Info first:
Home LAN Router IP: 192.168.0.1
NVR IP: 192.168.0.100
NVR POE Subnet: 10.0.0.0
IP Cam 1: 10.0.0.2 (DG 10.0.0.1)
IP Cam 2: 10.0.0.3 (DG 10.0.0.1)
IP Cam 3: 10.0.0.4 (DG 10.0.0.1)

Looking for a bit of help here guys. Currently at home I have a WBOX (Hikvision rebrand I believe?) 4 Port PoE NVR.

I have 3 cameras connected to the NVR's PoE switch. I have virtual server enabled, and I also have a static route setup on my Home LAN router which says anything going to 10.0.0.0 should go through 192.168.0.100 - this means I can access the individual cameras from any device connected to my home network. So far so good.

I have a Xiaomi WiFi Yi Cam which has been modified to enable an RTSP feed. Is it possible at all to have this camera connected to my NVR? I have entered the IP address of the camera into the NVR however as expected, don't think the PoE switch can see the 192.168.0.0 subnet. Any ideas?
