all infra lights working?

Hi all. I have a 2CD2045FWD bullet that I got recently. If you see the picture, there are 2 infra lights on. Is this all there is? Just want to make sure that all are working, if not I still have warranty. Thanks

I have the 2MP version in the same series. They only have two IR lamps.
