Amcrest IP4M 1053E PTZ function not working in Blue Iris

PTZ functions are working in the Amcrest web config tool, but not in Blue Iris.
I have Blue Iris latest release 5.2.9.19 and Amcrest cam software OOTB (there does not appear to be any more recent firmware versions)

I have tried various configs including all the Amcrest and Dahua options: the default from the "find/inspect" operation gives me Generic/ONIVF RSTP H.264 and PTZ/control Network IP: ONVIF (OXML)
Following advice in similar threads, I have just now set RSTP Authentication to "none" with the Amcrest config app, but that not made any difference.
I have done lots of restarts, delete/add camera, but to no avail: no PTZ controls activate in Blue Iris - PTZ panel and right-click PTZ/Control are always grey (not selectable).
