Android App Connect Problems

Hello all, been fighting this off and on today and hoping someone smarter than me (that would be most here:p) can help me out.

Running Blue Iris 5 purchased here about 6 mos ago, added Blue Iris Android today from the Play Store, can't connect!

Read through the archives and I believe all the common errors are accounted for. I am about 90% sure it is an Idiot Operator with Limited Networking Skills error related to my firewall.

The Server Ip Address on the port forwarding screenshot, I assume that is the IP Address of the PC in which BI5 is installed? I do have the correct port identified (info stripped off).

The Source and Destination Fields are a question and I tried a few different addresses and still unable to connect. UI3 works if this has any relevance.

Any input would be grand!

ETA - Screen shots removed, looking into VPN.

Thanks, I do recall seeing this but it has been a while, my router supports;

OpenVPN vs L2TP/IPSec

Just have to decide which way to go.
