Annke camera system won't work. Is it the new Wifi6 router? How do I fix?

I own an ANNKE Surveillance Camera System. We changed ISP's and they upgraded our router from Wifi5 to Wifi6. The camera system is direct connected with cat5 cables, not Wifi.

We can't see the cameras on our phones or computer. Do I need to buy a Wifi5 router? (I read wifi6 is much better and would prefer not to do this) Is there a work around?

Annke support was no help.

Probably your internal LAN IP address changed with the new router. Easiest thing to do would be to put your router on the same IP address subnet as your previous router.

Now the question is do you know what that was?

I'm afraid I don't know the old router IP address subnet. Is there a way to find out? The old ISP is WOW.
