Anran Ip Cam With Night vision Wont Connect to any IP Cam Software

hi i have a Anram IP Camera bought from amazon

i just can not seem to get it to connect to any IP cam software
i can get it to open in a browser but i need it to record on my mac

i am using securitySpy software and all i am getting is a blue screen

has anyone any ideas on how to get this cam to work?

Does "securitySpy software" have a built-in model for the Anran camera?
If not - how confident are you that you have all the needed parameters for a manual configuration entry? I couldn't find a user manual to check out if these are 'standard' or not.
iSpy Connect lists "rtsp://IPADDRESS//user=admin_password=tlJwpbo6_channel=1_stream=0.sdp" for Anran H.264 IP cameras.
The product info claims the camera is ONVIF compliant - may be worth trying that selection to see if you can get any results, though you may need to know what the 'ONVIF port' is, it can vary a lot between cameras.
If you have access to a Windows PC, the Windows open-source tool 'ONVIF Device Manager' will query your camera and provide loads of useful information that can help with configuration.
