Archiving, is my understanding correct

Hi All

My local BI machine has a RAID1 SAS of 1TB, I have my NEW set for 30 days, 500GB. Am I right in saying the following will move clips over 30 days into the STORED folder





and that after a further 60 days (making my clip 90 days old) they get deleted?

So -

Clips sit for 30 days on my BI PC
Clips sit for 60 days on my NAS before being deleted

New is for 14 days, if the size is not met first.

Stored for 60 days, if size not met first.

Be careful setting a clip age limit, I've done this before and it ended up corrupting my drive bc I had it set for a longer time than my drive was capable of handling. Maybe this has been fixed in a patch or it was something just on my machine.
