Did something change? Was running smoothly for 2-3 years and suddenly I am expired. I do not see any purchases, so I am trying to determine why it may have stopped. I know in the past it was like 32$ and now it is 35$, so if anything they want you to re-join? Just curious before I go making a purchase again. thanks.

BI changed payment vendor, so depending on the version you are running and the last time you renewed could have been pointed to a no longer valid payment vendor.
