automatic skipping in watching recorded motion detection tapes

Hello I am new to this forum.

I have problems in viewing recorded files.

I have 4 cameras that are recording only motion detection. When I want to view recorded files it skipps some files but if i click them manually than i can view them so the problem is not with recording but with viewing. Has anyone solution for this?

Their should be a check box that says sync ? that needs to be checked, Also make sure all your clocks on the cams and NVR are in sync.

It is checked. Everything is checked. Maybe something shouldn't be?
