Is anyone able to identify the OEM manufacturer/model of this dome cam: HD810 4MP Autofocus Night Vision Indoor/Outdoor IP Dome Camera I am hoping I might be able to find some newer firmware than what is available directly from AvertX if this was, say, a re-branded Hikvision or something.
Background: I picked an open-box AvertX HD810 Rev A (AVX-HD80IRM) with original 2015 firmware. I was able to log into the camera and update to the newest AvertX firmware from 2016, but am unable to view any video streams in Chrome, Edge, or IE. IE appeared to have the most compatibility with the camera and prompted me to install AvertX Viewer, but that still didn't allow me to see video. Though it otherwise appears to be brand-new, I reset the camera a couple times just in case. I suppose it could be bad hardware, but wanted to be sure before moving on with something else.
