Really poor quality images, night images are analogue quality at best
AXIS are years behind everyone else, it's a shame but they will just sit on shelf like the overs do.

You think after seeing what Hik did, they would offer something more appealing/advanced, here they are still producing and pushing 720p cams which Im sure don't come cheap.

I fitted 2 of these for US clients as per spec, then showed them HIK then replaced AXIS ptz.

Thank goodness for camera makers like this, brand loyalty is still a thing. I have never owned an axis camera and likely never will. They have never, not even for one minute, been a cost-effective solution for a home or small business user.

They're getting large contracts from those who have money to throw, but that will only last for so long as I cant see any installer push for this with good intentions.

It would seems they are on the US department of state approved list,
I wonder what that cost them to get that, as quality has nothing to do with their products that I have fitted.
