I have a hudge problem with getting HikConnect liveview from my DS-7608NI-K1 and Axis P3225-LVE.
Well, it is impossible to add&run camera via Axis protocol, what is well known problem.
As community adviced, I added it via ONVIF protocol and connection is ok – playback, monitor view works ok but there is no way to run the liveview via HikConnect cloud.
It prints 246106 error if any quality were chosen, HD or SD whatever. Also I tried to turn off instant security options in camera which sometimes do troubles with stream connections. NTP is set in both of them.
All firmware are latest versions and I think it may be a problem with app. However, I tried it on previous versions, also on iOS and it occurs the same way.
I changed default ONVIF port to 8088 and it works the same way.
Could You advice how to resolve the problem? I woud be thankful and I am waiting for yout reply soon.
