I have one Axis Q1765-LE camera. I have a few questions.
Am I required to have internet access to use this camera?
Can I connect this camera to any ONVIF nvr?
Can anyone recommend a compatible nvr?
I would prefer to connect the nvr to a tv monitor with a hdmi cable if possible. Are there any nvrs that a mouse and keyboard can connect to in order to create a stand alone solution?

1-no
2- yes, with the caveat that onvif implementation is not always correct, so motion detecion and other features may not work..depends on the nvr. Axis has free VMS software for their cams, use that.
3- you can connect a mouse and keyboard to most NVR's.
