BI and IVS?

Hi i have been look at some Dahua with IVS features and read a post from back 2017, where a member asked if the IVS function would work together with BI. the short answer was no.
that was approx 3 years ago hoping something has changed
if the answer still is no, does BI then have something similar? i have been search the net but cant seem to find the right answer..

Yes, IVS can be used with BI, but most of BI motion options are better.

could you perhaps provide me or link me a list of all the features it has compared to Dahua or Hikvision "smart" cameras? because i cant seem to find any detailed/list of features only a highlevel trigger alarm.
