BI Companion on WP 8.1 Denim and WP 10 Insider

Previously I ran BI Companion on a Lumia 521 with WP 8.1 Cyan without problems. (I'm running BI 3.66) I recently switched to a Lumia 640, a more powerful phone, running WP 8.1 Denim and found that the video in BI Companion, whether live from the cameras or on Alerts and Clips is REALLY slow. Seem as as though it's running at about 1/5 speed. I switched to WP 10 Insider build 10.0.10586.107 and found the same thing. I E-Mailed Radu and he linked me to the page on his site where he suggests lowering the jpeg size and quality setting to achieve about a 50 to 55k size (It ran fine with larger jpeg sizes under 8.1 Cyan). I tried that with no luck. The only other variable is that I switched providers from T-Mobile to AT&T, but the T-Mobile signal wasn't as strong most times as the AT&T has been. Anyone experiencing this? Any ideas on fixes within the phone settings? I'll probably e-mail him again and link to this post & see what he says.
