BI Disable live view

Hi,

This is going to be a strange request but it is possible to disable the live view, but still have clips?
Ideally I want to have it disabled for anyone logging in remotely via UI3 and have the live enabled when accessing locally.
If this isn't possible how would I disable the live view for both?

What is the case use for this? As soon as there is movement, it will become a clip, so in essences anyone with clip access simply has a delayed live view.
You can do this in the live view by hiding the cameras then right clicking on the clips view and select show clips for excluded cameras. The webserver should mimic this but i have not tested.
