BI Missing installation files after reboot

Blueiris v 4.8.50 x64
OS : server 2016 with MS defender
After reboot, i noticed BI no longer running and the exe was gone, along with some of the .dll in the installation directory,
though not everything is gone.
So i had to install BI in another machine and copy the missing files.
Checked MS defender but there's no sign of those missing files,
i dont install any state-locking program like deepfreeze / shadow defender
What could possibly cause this then?

Did you do a clean install of the windows os before installing bi? If not start over by doing a clean install of windows.

Have you tried downgrading to a previous version? You can download previous update files in our downloads section

Sorry for the late reply, had to fix some drive corruption issues ,

Yes, it was a clean install of server 2016

Ok, i'll keep that in mind, i havent rebooted again though so i'll see if it happen again on next reboot
