Hi guys.
I just bought a SD49225T-HN. Its working well except the PTZ. I set the preset zones in BI. When I use the auto cycle it will work for a few complete cycles then it locks up all PTZ functions. I can log into the camera with palemoon and control the PTZ when BI cant. This proves the camera works, I just updated firmware from Andy just in case. I have tried changing the camera type in the PTZ tab in BI cam properties to all the Dahua and the ONVIF. All have the same results. I have unchecked the "delay with motion sense" also. I figured if it was motion detection the PTZ would still work manually.

Oh also I have a handful of SD1A203T-GN that work just fine on auto cycle.
